Brass is a natural material, it will oxidize and form a patina or tarnish when it exposed to air or moisture. The outlook of the brass might be varied and might have visible scratches & spots due to the production process. It will not affect the clarity or impression of the seal. You can use sandpaper to bring its luster back or clean it in an eco-friendly way, such as lemon juice.

Our handles are hand-painted, might not be perfect. You might see visible scratches, brushstrokes, etc. The handle color you chose is subject to availability. If it's not available, we'll choose another color for you. You could also leave us a note if you have a 2nd / 3rd choice. As it's a complimentary item, it's not available for return, exchange or refund.

The logo on our signature handle is laser engraved individually, they may look slightly different from each other and might not be perfect. And the logo's orientation will not align with the seal, as they're made individually & assembled together.

Color shown on your computer screen may be slightly different from the colors in person because each screen is different. Also, the paint color might be slightly different from batch to batch.
