  • Our embosser comes in with brass plate engraved with your design & preferred size.

    If you choose to order a set, it will come in flat. Save $10 by ordering only the insert, if you already possess the handheld tool from us.

    The difference between the silver & black is the material of the embosser tool. Silver one is metal and the black one is plastic. The black one stands very sturdy on flat surface, so you could use less effort to make an impression compared to the silver one. Personally, we prefer the black one.

    Metal plate size is in diameter, as it's round the design will be fitted in the size of the diameter you chose. The actual impression might be smaller than the diameter you chose.

    It can reach approx. 1.7 inches / 4.5 cm from the nearest edge of the paper to the center of the impression. This embosser is for LIGHT DUTY ONLY,The embosser measured approx. 4.9" / 12.5cm long, 1.7" / 4.5cm wide & 4.9" / 12.5cm tall. 

    TIPS For clear / strong impression: Keep it Simple!
    The more complex the design, the more resistance, therefore, the less clear the embossed image. Also complex design will not work for thick paper, can only work with thin paper due to the resistance of the embosser.

    - Solid black and white image, no shades or grey, samples please refer picture 2
    - DO NOT mirror or reverse your design, please send is as is
    - File Formats Accepted - .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif
    - Suggested Image Size - 2000 x 2000 pixels
    - COPYRIGHT: Please make sure you have the right to use the image and you will be fully responsible for any future copyright infringement issue of the design you sent.
    We'll review your design upon receive your order and might contact you for revised design if needed. If you can't send us a revised design and want to cancel, there will be a 5 - 9% cancellation fee., please read HERE for details.

    Brass is a natural material. It will oxidize and form a patina or tarnish when it exposed to air or moisture. It will not affect the clarity or impression of the embosser.

    The outlook of the embosser might not be perfect. There might be some scratches on the embosser, but it will not affect the impression.

    The colors shown on your computer screen may be slightly different from the colors in person because each screen is different.

    Storage box is a complimentary item. Postal service might be violence sometimes. It's not available for exchange, replacement or refund.
