In the description and in the picture it says and shows it coming with "high flange with machined cutouts" hubs. As we all know that's a rad oldschool look. However it comes with mismatching hubs. Only one high flange with machined cutouts" hub in the front and one very small flange with no cutouts. I called to talk to american bmx company and explained to them the situation. They said there's nothing they can do about it. Saying it's availability issue. I said that's very misleading and he disagreed with me then mentioned some small print that I can't find that says "parts are subject to being different based on availability". American bmx company has never done me wrong in the passed as I've bought many products off their website. They are allways cool with me taking back stuff or explaining stuff to me regarding things I bought from them so I assume this is an isolated situation. I'm very surprised they wernt willing to give me a discount on buying the wheel that they advertised. The wheel with the high flange machine cutout is available to buy on their website. This is out of their character? So I will still give them five stars and continue to buy from them and recommend that people buy from them as they are the best online company available by far.So I bought the race inc 24in. So I bought the race inc 24in. In the picture and in the description it shows the bike with both hubs high flange with machined cutouts. However you only get one high flange hub with machine cutouts in the front. The back one is a very cheap Chinese one that doesn't spin nearly as smooth as the front one. After I emailed them about once ever 1 or 2 months over the last 9 months the or so. I call them and explain the situation and the guy says that's the way it is. I said the high flange is a big deal. He said they stopped doing to high flange with cutouts because availability issues. And that there's an agreement in the writing. When you buy it that the parts our subject to change, which I never saw and can't see anywhere. They did send me the correct seat.Though with the rivets. I like the place it's a good shoI like the place. It's a good shop i'm very surprised that they are okay with that running a business like that. Other than that, I've had very good experiences with them. I am shocked. I will still give 5 stars because they are so good in every other situations
