It melts easily, but not too quickly, in the melting spoon, making a shimmering pool. It looks even better on paper and envelopes and cleaned easily out of the spoon afterwards (while the spoon is still relatively hot). Like the other waxes I've tried, there seems to be a slight odor when using it, nothing major or alarming but it is there. The color of this wax, like the colors of the other waxes in its series/group, is dignified, vibrant, and lovely to look at. The imprint of the seal I used was also very clear in this wax. I'll be probably be ordering more of this soon.
